Initial Assessments (40 minutes)

Initials involve our physios spending time to gather your history, do a physical assessment, set goals and nut out a Tailored Health Plan. Because we communicate clearly and honestly with you from the get-go, there are no "surprises" from the start.

Subsequent (Follow-up) Consultations (30 minutes)

Follow-ups typically include reassessing where you're at, reviewing your goals and tweaking your Tailored Health Plan. Because we communicate clearly and honestly with you along the way, there are no "surprises" along the way.

New Client Forms

We ask you to arrive a few minutes before your Initial Assessment time so you can fill in our New Client Form. We like to keep things straight-forward and simple, so we have kept it to a basic 1-page form.

Privacy and confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your personal information and we ask that you consent to us storing and using your details responsibly.

Tailored Health Plan

Following your Initial Assessment, our physios work with you to set goals and make achievable expectations. Along the way, we work hard to give you everything you need to overcome your pain or manage your condition. Not only will you leave each session feeling like you've been heard, but we arm you with expert advice, exercises and give you your own Tailored Health Plan, to focus on at home. We do not subscribe to a never ending maintenance-approach to treatment and we do not over-service. We empower you with the tools that will help you help yourself!

Payment methods

Healthpoint and EFTPOS available for easy PHI claims and gap payment and we also accept cash (the nearest ATM is 350m away at Westpac Bank - Darwin Corporate Park).
